We recently discovered the Cité du Cuir in Saint-Junien as a family, which has just opened, and it was a very pleasant surprise. The place is attractive, modern, and really well designed for discovering the history and expertise of leather in the region.
We went with our 4 and 6-year-old children and particularly appreciated that the visit was also designed for younger visitors. A special audio tour for children allows them to follow the discovery at their own pace, and each area offers elements adapted to capture their attention.
It's an interesting and accessible visit, perfect for a family outing while discovering local heritage. A great success for this new attraction in Saint-Junien!
